Come, walk through the Word.
You do not have to sound impressive to be faithful. Paul came to Corinth aware of his weakness, but clear about his message. Bring God your honest limitations and let Christ remain at the center.
1 Corinthians 2:1–5
1And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
2For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
3And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
4And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
5That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
Stay with the movement.
Corinth admired polished speakers. Paul could reason carefully, but he would not turn the gospel into a performance. He wanted the people to see Jesus Christ and Him crucified, not leave talking about the brilliance of the messenger.
Paul does not hide his weakness. Fear and trembling did not disqualify him; they kept him from building ministry on self-confidence. The lasting work belonged to the Spirit of God.

Public life in Corinth prized skilled rhetoric. Paul would not let presentation become more memorable than the crucified Lord he proclaimed.
Scripture does not tell us every cause of Paul’s distress. It does show that God’s servants may feel deeply inadequate and still be used faithfully.
The gospel’s power does not depend on manipulation. The Spirit confirms the truth by opening hearts and forming faith that rests in God.

Lord Jesus, keep my attention on You and not on appearances. Meet me in my weakness, free me from the need to impress, and let my faith stand in the power of God. Amen.
